We have many rooms available for hire, suitable for one-off business meetings, or term-long creative programs.
As we develop the Hub and attract new users to site, our options also develop - below are our current rooms available for hire, and fee details.
Meeting rooms:
Small meeting room 4-6 people - $120 full day/$60 half day*
Medium meeting room 8-14 people - $180 full day/$90 half day*
Large meeting room 12-25 people - $180 full day/$90 half day*
Extra Large room 25-80 people - $300 full day/$150 half day *
Art space, Pottery room or Kitchen:
Rates start at $216 full day/ $108 half day*
We offer discounted rates for recurring bookings & for non-for-profit groups - please advise on enquiry.
All prices listed include GST.

Gippsland Higher Education Study Hub Students
When used for study or lecture purposes, students who are members of the Gippsland Higher Education Study Hub are welcome to use our meeting rooms for free. When used for testing purposes, students’ education provider—university, TAFE, RTO, etc.—will cover the costs of room hire and invigilator/supervisor charges.
