At The Hub, we have a variety of spaces suitable for every activity. The perfect fit will depend on the nature of your booking. We can help you figure out your requirements and make sure your Hub experience is enjoyable, practical and easy! 


Site wide amenities

Site users are provided with access to all site amenities including accessible toilet access, use of the Lounge with tea, coffee, sugar, milk and crockery. Each of our rooms also have access to high-speed internet provided by the Wellington Shire. All of our Flexible spaces and meeting rooms are equipped with a large screen to connect and share to.


Flexible
spaces & Meeting Rooms

Our flexible spaces are community shared spaces that you can book for use whenever you require. 

The best room for you depends on the number of people attending and what your program/activity/meeting entails, and there are a number of smaller rooms available. If you are a not-for-profit organisation or a community group, then talk to us about our discounted pricing.

Our small meeting room, Room 8 - (see map below) will fit 4 to 6 people seated and is perfect for small meetings, zoom calls or one on one sessions.  Our Medium sized room, Room 9 - (see map below) seats between 8 to 15 people and can be set up in a variety of styles to accommodate your needs from a board room meeting to a small classroom set up.

The larger meeting rooms, Rooms 1, 7 and 13 - (see map below) seats between 25 and 45 people. These rooms whilst being larger still offer the same connectivity and services of the smaller rooms with the flexibility to host more participants. These rooms can additionally be used for activities such as dance, yoga, other floor-based sessions to large group workshops or meetings.

Our Extra-large room, Room2 - (see map below) with high ceilings and large windows - is perfect for functions and seminars, with the ability to seat up to 100 people.


Art & Kitchen spaces

In addition to our flexible spaces and meeting rooms, the Hub offers access to our newly refurbished kitchen and art spaces. Kitchen Room 11- (see map below) the Kitchen comes equipped with two ovens and induction cook tops, two fridges for temporary storage of food, a dishwasher and access to a wide variety of cooking implements.
The art spaces available within the Mitchell Studio Room 14 & 15 - (see map below) are great spaces providing an opportunity for people to develop and create and a wide range of skills.
