At The Hub, we have a variety of spaces suitable for all kinds of activities. The perfect fit will depend on the nature of your booking. We can help you figure out your requirements and make sure your Hub experience is enjoyable, practical and easy!
We offer discounted rates for recurring bookings & for non-for-profit groups - please advise on enquiry.
All prices provided include GST. Community and Corporate fees available for all bookings.
IT support is available upon request, however please note that this may incur an additional charge.

Site-wide Ameneties
Site users are provided with access to all site amenities including accessible toilet access and use of the Community Lounge. Tea, coffee, sugar, milk and crockery provided.
Each of our rooms also have access to high-speed internet provided by the Wellington Shire.
Staff are available to assist with showing you and your participants to your hired room within our office hours. (8:00am-4:00pm, Mon-Fri)
Meeting Rooms
Our flexible spaces are community shared spaces that you can book for use whenever you require.
The best room for you depends on the number of people attending and what your program/activity/meeting entails.
These rooms are perfect for meetings, one on one sessions, classes, dance, yoga, workshops, seminars, and much more.
Tables can be set up / arranged prior to your booking upon request. Please note that this is subject to staff availability.
Other spaces
In addition to our flexible spaces and meeting rooms, the Hub has a kitchen, art, and outdoor area available.
The Kitchen comes equipped with two ovens and induction cook tops, two fridges for temporary storage of food, a dishwasher and access to a wide variety of cooking implements.
The Art room contains a kitchenette.
Additional Services
Gippsland East Study Hub Students
When used for study or lecture purposes, students who are members of the Gippsland Study Hub are welcome to use our small and medium meeting rooms for free. There are also designated rooms for Study Hub students only. (Room 10 and 12)
When the small and medium meeting rooms are used for testing purposes, students’ education provider—university, TAFE, RTO, etc.—will organise the room booking on behalf of the student and cover the costs of room hire and invigilator/supervisor charges. For more information about this, please contact studyhub@gellen.org.au.
Anyone studying with a University, TAFE, or RTO is welcome to register as a Study Hub student. The registration and services offered by the Study Hub are free for students. For more information about the Study Hub and how to register, click here.
Tech Library
Users are able to put in a request to borrow items from the Tech Library for the duration of their booking. There is no additional cost for these items. This request can be put through the Hub Booking Form, however, If you would like to take Tech Library items off-site, you will need to book the technology through the Tech Library booking form.
